Companions' Tour:


On the morning of Friday, January 25, the companions will be treated to a special tour of the Maui Ocean Center and lunch at the Seascape Restaurant.

The tour will highlight Hawaii’s unique marine environment and local culture as you encounter animals that live in Hawaii (many of which are found nowhere else in the world) and learn about the close relationship that exists between Hawaiians and the sea.

 We need to make tour reservations in advance so RSVP is required.

Optional Wednesday Morning Networking Activities:

Delegates and companions are invited to join us at one of the three optional networking activities early Wednesday morning. 

Deep Sea Fishing:

Once again, thanks to EA Engineering, Science, and  Technology, Inc.'s generous sponsorship, we are offering a four hour deep sea fishing networking outing with Finest Kind Sportsfishing. 

Finest Kind Sportfishing Charters is the only Owner Operated, and 3rd generation, company in Maui, with Captain David Hudson  at the helm since 1973. Capt. Dave has over 40 years of experience, operating out of Lahaina Harbor.   
SOLD OUT - Space is limited to 12 fishers. Group departs lobby at 5:15 am on 1/23/19. Please meet in the hotel lobby at 5:15 A.M.  We will be sailing out of Lahaina Harbor, Slip 7. 

Whale Watching Boat Tour:

 This year, we are offering a two hour whale watching tour   as a new networking activity, thanks to the generous support of Richard E. Mitchell - Attorney at Law.

The foundation's certified Marine Naturalists provide the most innovative and educational whalewatch ecotours in Hawaii, drawing from nearly four decades of whale research and ocean conservation. They are proud to be Maui’s
top-rated whalewatch offering the most options from both Ma‘alaea and
Lahaina Harbors. 
Space is limited. Group departs lobby at 6:40 am on 1/23/19. Once arrived at Lahaina Harbor, check in at  Slip 4.


Golf Networking Outing:

Our third option for Wednesday morning, generously sponsored by the Port of Umatilla, is a golf networking outing at one of the beautiful Ka'anapali Golf Courses. Advance reservations required. 8:00 am tee times.
