Building upon the content presented during the two-day Boot Camp, this optional third day will dive deeper into the essential elements of hospice documentation. The day-long seminar will begin with a didactic exploration of:

  • Use of hospice assessment scales to document disease progression; and
  • Substantiating clinical eligibility with documentation of secondary conditions and related
    comorbidities.

Participants will practice their documentation skills during the afternoon of this third day session and receive feedback from Weatherbee's executive team. This optional third day is only open to Boot Camp registrants.
