GFWC Georgia 125th Annual Convention - "Just Look at Us Now" 

Ladies,

This is the official Call and online registration form for the GFWC Georgia 125th Annual Convention which will be hosted by the South East District and held on June 10-13, 2021 at Embassy Suites at Savannah Airport, Savannah, Georgia. Below please find everything you will need to register for convention, book your hotel, items to bring, etc. The proposed amendments to our bylaws will be discussed and voted on at convention - don't forget to appoint your delegates. We know you will enjoy this beautiful venue and our convention.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

We are using online registration for this convention. The system will email you a receipt after you have completed your registration.  We understand that not every club member has a computer, but you know who those ladies are, so please assist them with registering online.

TWO STEPS
Registration is a two step process.

Step One- Click on the Register Now! button below and complete your registration to attend. When you click on the Register Now! button below the registration form will display.  All of the required fields have an asterisk beside them.  You will complete the registration form by entering the information into the fields.  The middle section of the form is where you will purchase your meals by entering the number 1 in the quanity field beside each meal you want to buy.  The description and price of each meal displays in the that meal block.   You can also pre buy GFWC Georgia branded items for pick up at Convention. Under the payment section you will see you have two options for payment- credit card or check.  Then all you have to do is click the Register button and the system will process your registration and email you a confirmation.  If you choose the check payment method, please mail your check to the state office. 

Step Two- Click Book Your Hotel link below to reserve your hotel room at the Embassy Suites at Savannah Airport.  From the upper right hand corner click the blue box: Lowest Rate Guaranteed Book Online.  Enter your arrival date and select the number of room nights.  Enter Group ID GFWC Georgia.  Click on the Check now and complete required information to make a reservation.     The hotel system will also send you an email confirmation.Or you can call the Embassy Suites at Savannh Airport at 912-330-8222  and ask for the GFWC Georgia room block.  The rates begin at $159 a night plus taxes and fees.   

DEADLINES
The deadline to reserve your hotel room is May 17, 2021.  The deadline to register to attend without paying the $25 late fee is May 28, 2021.  Registeration closes on May 28,2021.
