Professional Conduct and Professional Responsibility in Financial Planning
Presented by: Virginia T Harriett, CFP® AIF®

This two-hour course will review code of ethics and professional responsibility of a financial service professional. The program meets the requirements for CFP and KS & MO insurance ethics. 

Virginia has been in the Financial Services industry for over 35 years.  She earned her CFP® credential in 1987 and AIF® credential in 2014. She has a passion for helping people plan for their future and loves empowering them to achieve their goals.  She strives to educate her clients on the benefits of different financial products and services and is your financial guide – helping you get where you want to go. Virginia is qualified in many areas of long-term planning – Wealth Management, College Saving, Life Insurance, Retirement Plans, Retirement Income Planning and Retirement Counseling.  Virginia lives in Medford, NJ with her husband Bob and Chocolate Lab, Bear. She has 2 grown sons, both in the Financial Services industry.  Shawn (30) lives in CT with his wife Emily and they are expecting their first child, in July 2018, and Michael (27) lives in Philadelphia and works with her in her practice. She is a current Board member and Past President of the South Jersey Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP) and a Past National Board Member of the National SFSP. She is also a member of the Financial Services Institute (FSI) and National Tax Shelter Association (NTSA). She is the current President of the Women’s Group at her church (UMW) and is Head Usher and serves on various committees there. Virginia is passionate about her family, education, and loves traveling, music, cooking and going to the Jersey Shore.
