Inclusive Leadership - The Way Forward
Inclusion starts with (and is highly dependent on) the commitment of the senior executive team. Once leaders are onboard, subconscious biases need to be addressed both at an individual and an organisational level. This roundtable helps participants understand the business case for promoting inclusion, identify concrete behaviours to create an inclusive work environment.
Numerous studies report the positive impact of embracing diversity and providing an inclusive environment. These benefits include higher employee engagement, more creativity and innovation, holistic decision making and problem solving, better products and services for customers, more market penetration, access to a wider talent pool and ultimately overall improved performance.
Participants will also have the opportunity to share current challenges and best practices with each other so come prepared to discuss and share your priorities for creating an inclusive culture!
