SAFFE Day 2017 Vendor/Activity Booths 

We are excited you are interested in partnering with us for our sixth annual S.A.F.F.E. Day event! Vendor/Activity Booths have a dual role in both sharing helpful information about their business/organization and also providing fun activities at their booth for our Guests. Please plan on hosting an activity that everyone can participate in! We will also be providing two free SAFFE Day shirts as a thank you for your participation. If you would like to purchase anymore (for $10) then contact Kristi Simpson at 903-988-4112.

This is your opportunity to shine! Wear your company/organization shirts! You will want to provide chairs, tents, and tables. Be sure to bring whatever you need for your activity! The space provided for a booth is usually about 15' X 15'. Let us know if more space is needed. We are hoping our Guests will be able to walk away from your booth with something they made, a prize, or a fun memory. Some of our Hero Guests might have so much fun at your booth that they do it over and over again! 

We are also excited to be hosting a Vendor's night on Friday, September 15th. This is an opportunity for you to set up your booth the afternoon/evening before SAFFE Day. Security will be on the premisis over night to keep your equipment safe.

When you register please note if you need to be close to electricity or water. We appreciate your help in providing tents, chairs, tables, and equipment. SAFFE Day is a large event with a small group of volunteers...with your help "many hands make light work." We will be available to help unload your vehicles and set up on Friday. If you are not able to provide the tables, tents, etc. then please let us know. We want you there and will help in whatever way we can.

If you can't set up until Saturday then please have your booth ready by 8:30 am. We will be available to help then too...it is just a little more hectic.
