Client Relationship Management (CRM) - Cradle to Grave
Learn how to use a CRM system to track potential project leads through the proposal process, and culminate at the end of the project. Cheryl Jemar, Regional Marketing Team Lead for Stantec, and SMPS Alaska's Past President, will discuss the benefits of a CRM system, how to implement usage, and identify potential pitfalls and how to mitigate them.
