About Save the Children
Save the Children is the leading independent organization for children in need in the United States and around the world. Since Hurricane Sandy ravaged the East Coast in October 2012, we have been on the ground in New Jersey and New York, meeting the needs of children, families and caregivers. Currently, we are working with the New Jersey Department of Children and Families and local mental health providers to meet the mental health needs of Sandy victims.
