Bidders have remedies under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, but in practice what does a procurement challenge look like, feel like and mean? What are bidders able to achieve? This seminar will also look at the main reasons why challenges are brought, the remedies bidders have available and the tactics they often employ, your options and what case law tells us about how the courts currently apply the Regulations.
