This workshop will focus on understanding discrimination, how it shows up within sexual violence services, working with colleagues to navigate the presence of bias, and the importance of diversity/inclusion training for all staff. This workshop will consist of: 60 minutes of lecture and 30 minutes of breakout case studies.
