Join the Association for Mental Health and Wellness and the Mental Health Association of Nassau County as we welcome Michelle Williams to Long Island. Ms. Williams will help us Shine the Light on Mental Health during National Mental Health Awareness Week.
After touring and winning awards all around the world as member of one of the biggest groups of all time, Michelle Williams faced bouts with depression that lead her to unlock positive ways to change her outlook on life. Hear her story of survival and lessons learned that have powered her continued path of professional and personal success.
Michelle Williams will discuss the importance of understanding, supporting, and fighting stigma around mental health in communities of color.
This is a FREE event but pre-registration and a ticket is REQUIRED for admission to the event.
