TODD DUFAULT is a familiar name in the LEADERSHIP world. He has been working with students for 32 years and continues to impact kids all over the country. Todd is a master motivator and has the ability to change the way people think. Through his experiences, he has become an expert when it comes to working with people. In any organization or school, the level of success is based on the level of "Buy In". If someone does not believe or "buy in" to your expectation, you have zero chance of of accomplishing your goals. Todd will unveil how to create 100% "buy in", build positive attitudes, motivate and layout a culture of excellence.

IT STARTS WITH A DECISION. The "power of choice" that all of us have. Leadership is about influence. The decisions we make on a daily basis will determine the results we want. The example we become can directly affect the people around us.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP is the foundation of any successful student based organization. How do you stay motivated, build the proper daily habits and stay driven to do the right things ? How do you stay positive, stay focused on the things you can control, maintain a great attitude and be a great example for others ? How can you get the results you want, get people around you to make the right choices and create a culture of excellence ? How can you get others to believe, "buy in" and want to be the best they can be ?

Doors open at 5:30 pm

Bring a notebook and pen/pencil
