NFPA 70E Arc Flash Compliance

Course Description: This course is intended for anyone who works on or near energized equipment. Topics include:

• Definition of arc flash
• Hazards associated with an arc flash
• The differences between qualified and unqualified personnel, boundaries and limits of approach
• How to select the proper PPE for a particular task
• Relevant portions of NFPA 70B and NETA maintenance specifications.
