Singara Kreeda Sanje 2018

Sports Event Rules & Regulations:

1. This Sports event is open only for Kannada Sangha (Singapore) Members having their membership valid for the year 2018.
2. Current members who have not renewed their membership, they need to renew it for  the year 2018 before event registration.
3. No registration fee will be reimbursed.
4. Participants can register for more than one game as part of sports event. Organizing Committee will try their best to time slots / schedule each sport event in such a manner that participants can take part in as many sports events as possible. However, participants need to register for the games they would like to play.
5. Organizing committee seeks participant’s kind understanding in the event of any parallel running of sport events. In such cases of parallel events, participants can chose different time slots/sessions to participate in the game.
6. In the event of any dispute; the decision by the Kannada Sangha (Singapore) Sports committee will be the final & binding.
7. The Committee reserves the right to cancel any part of the event or the whole event in the event of rain  or any other unfavorable ground conditions as per the instructions from sports authority of Singapore.
8. Participants are encouraged to drink water and ensure they are well hydrated. Also, participants are encouraged not to participate in the event if they are NOT feeling well on the day of the event.
9. Kannada Sangha is NOT liable for any insurance coverage for participants in the event of  any injuries and its consequences. All individuals participating in the Sports Events do so at their own risk and free will. They should endeavor to take due care of themselves and seek prompt medical attention should the need arise. All medical and related costs incurred because of any injury or loss of limb and/or damage to a person and/or property inside/outside of the sports facility/arena will be borne entirely by participant and Kannada Sangha is not responsible for any liability for any such incidents and / or expenses

As a registrant, he/she should be responsible to ensure that all the participants (family members/friends) from his/her side should be fully aware  of the Kannada Sangha Sports event rules & regulations stated above and also be aware that no medically qualified individuals will be supervising the sports event. However, prompt first aid & assistance will be provided with help of volunteers present on site.
