Join us for update on the US immigration climate and impact on mobility of foreign nationals coming to work for US employers. We will look at immigration challenges under the Trump administration pre-COVID, particularly for work visas and green cards, travel and visa restrictions caused by COVID, and what the future may hold for the current administration's immigration agenda as well as post-election. Mobility Housing Market Update from Macro to Micro, Global to Regional
During our session we will dive into the 2020 real estate market Pre Covid-19 to Present. We will review the trends on three fronts, narrowing our focus from Global to National to Northeast Ohio. Due to the extreme changes and challenges in the markets around the world we’ll review the direct effect on the already complex relocation real estate transaction. We will go into the unique details of relocating during a Pandemic and how that can affect timelines for transferees and the added questions that tend to arise from this. There will be time at the end for Q & A.
