Speakers & Topic
As part of their talent strategies, companies often make substantial investments to relocate their employees. One way to protect that investment is through the use of a repayment agreement. In Mercer’s 2020 US Domestic Relocation Survey, 92% of companies in the survey indicated they require a repayment agreement for voluntary termination, and 90% of companies responded that they enforce their repayment agreement.
Please join the NEORR community for our first meeting of the year where we will provide an overview of repayment agreements and discuss trends and best practices for implementing and administering them. You will have an opportunity to hear about how one local company recently revamped their employee benefit repayment collection process resulting in improved outcomes. They will share lessons learned and practical tips for establishing or improving your organization’s collection process and results.
