The topic of Public-Private Partnerships (P3) is complex. The building of alliances between government and private organizations to provide public services involves many motivations, aims, and mechanisms for funding and delivery of services.
This presentation aims to discuss the engineer's role in P3s, with emphasis on new infrastructure. See detailed agenda below.
