The examination covers money laundering and terrorist financing methods, best practices to stop these and other financial crimes, as well as key related legislation in place worldwide.
At a minimum, a BSA/AML program must provide training for all personnel whose duties require knowledge of the BSA. This training will provide a comprehensive overview of the Bank Secrecy Act and related policies, procedures and processes needed for regulatory compliance. We will also discuss an introduction to suspicious activity reporting requirements, how to register with FinCEN and complete a SAR.
