2017 Tour of Homes Registration
Dear Washington County Builders Association Members and Tour of Homes candidates:
IT'S REGISTRATION TIME!
The WCBA Tour of Homes Committee is proud to announce the 47th Annual Tour of Homes! It's great news for the building and remodeling industry just by looking at the most recent charts below! As the market continues to improve, so will attendance at the 2017 WCBA Tour of Homes. This year's Tour of Homes should be the most successful yet!
Our expanded advertising will continue with the 2017 Tour of Homes. Television and Print advertising will include:
- :30 WCBA Tour of Homes TV commercial and mentions on BUILDERS SHOWCASE TELEVISION (the #1 Television home building and remodeling show on FOX 6) for SIX WEEKS leading up to the event and will continue to air during the event.
- A full THREE WEEKS of advertising in the local papers leading up to and throughout the T.O.H.
- Greatly expanded geographical coverage.
- TWO FRONT-PAGE, FULL-PAGE, FULL-COLOR ads in the West Bend and Hartford Booster.
- Advertising featuring information on each Model/Builder with a detailed neighborhood map.
- A special "House and Home" real estate section dedicated to the WCBA Tour of Homes!
- Available space for FLOOR PLANS at little extra cost.
In addition, heavy market saturation of radio advertising and posters will promote the event prior to the start date.
Dates and Hours: The Tour of Homes will take place on Saturday, July 8th and Sunday, July 9th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, July 12th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, July 15th and Sunday, July 16th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Signage Pick-up: All Tour of Homes participants are responsible for picking up and returning all signage. The pick-up and return site will be A-1 Pools, located at 1168 N. Main Street in West Bend. Pick-up is to occur during the week beginning July 3rd and return is to occur no later than the week ending July 23rd.
Sponsorship Opportunities: In order to fully maximize your exposure during the event week, Tour of Homes Sponsorships are available at several levels of participation. Click here to view the details of the sponsorships available. Sponsors are asked to email their company logo to: info@wcba-wi.org.
WCBA Membership Advantage: This event is open to Non-Member home builders for an additional entry fee. Therefore, if you are not already a member of the Washington County Builders Association, now is a great time to join and save! Click here to download a New Member Application.
Tour of Homes Participant Agreement: All Tour of Homes participants are required to acknowledge review of the Participant Agreement when registering their model(s). Click here to download the Participant Agreement.
All registrations are to be made on-line. Registrations that include payment by check are not considered complete until payment is received by the WCBA at: PO Box 27, West Bend, WI 53095. Property photos, floor plans and a certificate of liability insurance must be submitted by email to: info@wcba-wi.org no later than Wednesday, June 14, 2017.
