Mind Body Spirit Show 28th/29th April 2018

We have been asked to host a show at the Hopfarm in Kent (INDOORS) next year, so don't miss out, get registered NOW!

Stalls will be 125 for the weekend, there are various payment options when you go to register as I understand 125 is a lot to find in one go. We only have limited numbers of 6ft tables so if anyone has their own tables they can bring, especially the readers that would be great.

Please ensure you are familiar with the T&C's below before registering.

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Event T&C’s

Payment:

Stalls are not confirmed until payment in full has been received.

Payment must be by PayPal or card payment

Arrival:

There is parking at the venue, you can drop off right by the venue, however you cannot park there and will need to move your car once you've unloaded.

Please be considerate of other stallholders when setting up. We have arranged a longer set up so you will be able to set up 90 minutes before the event, please respect this as I need to set the hall up before you arrive. 

Departure:

Please do not leave the venue until the event finishes unless the organisers have told you to do so, there will be people having treatments and readings and it would be unfair to do so. If you cannot stay for the whole event please advise the organisers.

Stall:

Your stall is your shop window so ensure you have considered the following so your day is as successful as possible:

  • Bring your own table dressing that shows off your stand & stock
  • Ensure you have business cards/leaflets to offer
  • Ensure that if it is not immediately obvious what you are offering that you have signs or leaflets to explain to customers what you offer.
  • Be presentable; people buy YOU first.
  • Do not bury your head in your book or tablet, make eye contact, speak to people even if only about the weather, they will connect to you.

You may only offer the product/service offered on your application, please respect the other stallholders that have booked.

Event Premises:

There will be a catering van offering food & refreshments, you can bring your own food & drinks with you.

The places are limited so we will be looking for a diverse range of stalls, please do not be offended if we have to decline your application.

There is no smoking allowed in the building, this includes e-cigarettes/vaporettes etc

Cancellation:

Should you need to cancel after you have booked, we are happy to refund you if we can resell your stand, there are no exceptions. If the event is cancelled you will be offered an alternative date or be refunded.

General:

My events are created through love and light, anybody not prepared to work in this energy need not attend.

Marketing:

I will do the usual marketing; Facebook, Twitter, local posters, shops, mailing list etc but please do tell your friends and please share the event, the more the merrier.
