Dr. Tracy Loh is the Senior Data Scientist, Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis at the George Washington University School of Business. Formerly she was Director of Research for Rails to Trails, the national park advocacy and research organization. Her PhD in city and regional planning is from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Christopher B. Leinberger is The Charles Bendit Distinguished Scholar and Research Professor of Urban Real Estate and Chair of the Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis at the George Washington University School of Business. Leinberger is also a real estate developer with projects across the country and for 20 years was the owner and president of RCLCo, the country's largest real estate advisory firm.
Jennifer S. Vey is a senior fellow and the Director of the Anne T. and Robert M. Bass Center for Transformative Placemaking at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC. Jennifer’s work primarily focuses on the connection between placemaking and inclusive economic development in the digital economy. She is the author or co-author of numerous Brookings publications, including Assessing Your Innovation District: A How-to Guide.
