The month of February is famous for Valentine's Day - a day, especially designed to show your love for others. 

I think it would be nice to show your love for yourself.  How?  By giving yourself 30 minutes of full attention.  Putting focus on your spirit is so vitally important to your physical, emotional, and mental well-being that there really is no excuse not to meditate. 

Meditating is so much easier when you're being guided through the meditation. Let me be your guide as you spend 30 minutes just giving to yourself this Monday, Feb. 18th.
