2019 Youth Mentoring Summit 

National Association of Police Athletic/Activities Leagues, Inc., would like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend the 2019 National PAL Youth Mentoring Summit on July 24, 2019- July 27, 2019. Provided within the Registration form is important information that we hope will enhance your stay during the upcoming event. 

Please complete the following registration form in its entirety. You must enter all mentors/mentees that plan to attend within the Mentor/Mentee Information section of the Registration Form. Chapters must submit $100 (non-reimbursable per mentor grant) Registration fee (one fee per Chapter) in order to complete the registration form. Registration payment must be received prior to making room reservations. Upon receipt of payment for the registration fee, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to the Bolger Center's Reservation form.
