Super Camp is SUPER because of its activities, its great diversity, its cooperative spirit, its fabulous counselors, and its boundless eneergy!

Registering for the appropriate camp
It is VERY IMPORTANT that campers register for their appropriate age-level camp. The three “transitional” ages, incoming 4th graders, 6th graders, and 9th graders, may have unique needs or preferences of camp sessions based on their emotional, social, and physical maturity levels, and camp experience. Please contact the Conference Office if you would like to discuss which camp might be best for your child and space availability.

Online reservation allows you to pay with a credit card and reserves you a spot in the camp. Your registration will not be considered complete, however, until the Conference office receives the required forms - extended registration form, covenant, and health form. If you choose to pay with a check instead of a credit card, the check must be included with your completed forms.

Program Staff and Counselors

Unfortunately, we need to ask that program staff and counselors pay some fees to help cover the costs for food and lodging.  The cost for program staff and counselors is $150.  Scholarship funds can be requested.  WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO MISS CAMP DUE TO LACK OF FUNDS!  Please call the office or Katrina Glenn with any concerns.  We will do all we can on a case by case basis.

Final registration deadline: May 16
All forms and full payment (including bus fee, if applicable) must be received at the Southwest Conference office by the close of business on May 21st.

Note about Pay Pal:
The default name for the credit card on the Pay Pal screen will be the same name you entered in the Camper information box. This is something we cannot change.
It will not matter what name appears. As long as the credit card number, expiration date and security code are correct, the charge will be processed.
