SCORE Women's Initiatve Write A Successful Business Plan!
An event for women who are starting & growing their busineses.
If you have a business idea, join us at this powerful workshop and we will provide simple steps in how to write a successful business plan. The SCORE Las Vegas Women's Initiative team will help you formulate your business idea so you can put it into writing. You will be provided with an easy to understand outline and specific exercises which will determine if the business is feasible.
Some of topics that will be covered include: 
- Creating a brand name & vision statement.
- Summarizing the business concept.
- Researching industries and competition.
- Identifying the target audience
- Developing a marketing plan
- Setting financial projectsions and key targets.
Each participant will be given a workbook that will guide them through this process. Subject matter experts will be on hand to present selected topics of the presentation.
Dinner and beverages will be available to all participants. Cost is $30 per person.
A follow up workshop scheduled for March 25th will include a review of the particpant's business plan drafts with mentors available on site to provide feedback.
