Governor Gayla Bartlett and the New England & Bermuda District Board invite you to the 2021 Fall Conference, November 19-21 in scenic North Conway, NH! Join us for a weekend of Kiwanis education, fellowship, and hands-on service.  

To register: Complete this form by Wednesday, November 10, to secure your spot at the Conference! Registration ($95) includes Saturday lunch and dinner. 

To book your hotel room: Call North Conway Grand Hotel at 800-655-1452. Ask for the “KIWANIS NEW ENGLAND” group rate ($119/night + tax). The hotel deadline has been extended to Monday, October 25.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols: The New England and Bermuda District of Kiwanis will be strictly enforcing the following protocols:

1. Masks will be required in all common rooms at all times except when eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status. In education and training sessions, only presenters and speakers may be unmasked.
2. On check-in, attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination (your CDC COVID vaccination record card). You may present a copy on your phone, a photocopy, or other verifiable proof of full vaccination.
3. For the unvaccinated, you MUST present documentary proof of a negative COVID-19 test administered NO earlier than 72 hours before arrival. 

Our Kiwanis liability insurance does not cover COVID-19 or any of its variants, and no such coverage is available anywhere. As such, all attendees are requires to sign a waiver. Download the waiver at www.newenglandkiwanis.org and bring a printed, signed copy to the conference and turn it in at the registration table. If you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, remember to bring your negative test results.
