2012/2013 Overview and Product Roadmap

We are excited to show you what’s available now and what’s coming to you in 2013. We will take a look at the recent products developed and distributed by BBCS as well as our new SRQ 6.0 and Mobile 6.0 applications that support a complete paperless system on mobile drives.   We are also excited to share the new SRQ Quick Pass and an upcoming new GUI for Primary 6.0.   Additionally, BBCS will introduce our employed Agile development method and successes with ‘User Stories’ used during the design and development phases of a project.   We will also take a look at 2012 to review BBCS’ industry engagement, Customer Support initiatives, Device Advisory Committee (DAC) updates, and client successes.

Product Training

You have the product, now what?  How do you get current with BBCS Products?  We will be offering sessions that focus on BBCS-Primary migration implementation project and product specific trainings on the Pulse and HOW products.  These sessions will help you gain a better knowledge of the products so that you can provide new features and business efficiencies to your blood center. Documentation updates, the Urgent Device Client Communication (UDCC) process and BBCS tool offerings will also be discussed.
