FREE Guided Raft Trips

Join the Eugene Rec crew from the River House Outdoor Center for FREE, fun, raft trips on the Willamette River during the 3rd annual Willamette River Festival on Saturday, August 24th. There are three sessions available with limited seating for pre-registration. All participants will be shuttled to the put-in at Aspen St. from Alton Baker Park. PFDs (personal floatation devices) will be provided by Eugene Rec. All minors under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian. All individuals must register separately due to limited seating.

Upon arrival, participants must CHECK-IN at the Festival Registration tent, located in the festival staging area near the Alton Bake Canoe Canal. You will see the festival set up across the bridge entering the park on your left, toward the upper parking area to the east. General registration for all events opens at 9AM. If you are not checked-in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled trip, your spot will be opened for someone else. Participants should wear clothes that can get wet, and appropriate footwear for being in the river. Sunblock and a water bottle is recommended. Trips will last about an hour on the river.
