Woven Mug Rug: Craftmas in July
Join us for this free Craftmas in July event! These cute mugs rugs weave up quickly in Shetland wool, and are the perfect project on which crafters can learn some basic weaving skills. You will be using rigid heddle looms provided by the shop, and they will even be pre-warped so you can start weaving right away.
Sharon Jacobson Allen will be teaching this free class on Saturday, July 14th from 1-3pm. Sign-up using the ticket link on this event, or stop by the shop to sign-up. This class is perfect for crafters of all skill levels -- no previous knowledge of weaving is needed for this class.
Instruction for this class is free, but students will need to purchase at least two different colors of Jamieson's Shetland Spindrift yarn before class. If you'd like to weave with more than two colors, feel free to purchase additional skeins.
