Joint Lock Self-Defense Seminar

This seminar is the next of our monthly self-defense topics.  Joint locks are huge part of most all self-defense martial arts.  Joint lock techniques against an opponent (instead of striking) enables us to control rather than hurt and damage.

Joint locks are a great self-defense option for bullied children, and for adults who don't wish to inflict severe or permanent damage to another person.

We'll practice all manner of joint lock techniques in this unique seminar.  We suggest this seminar is appropriate for adults who wish to know these techniques, and to experience this type of training for themselves before enrolling a child in our program.
