Real Estate Transactions and
Tax Consequences Workshop

This workshop is specifically geared towards helping Realtors and investors understand some of the basic tax issues involved with various real estate transactions. If you or your client is a foreigner, it is important to know what is FIRPTA withholding for sellers as well as possible estate tax consequences for buyers. If you or your client is an investor, understanding the benefits of a 1031 exchange can help you defer tax liability and thus save money.
