“The 7 Deadly Sins in Business” an introspective into common business mistakes and how to avoid them. This workshop will cover some of the more common mistakes that businesses make on a daily basis that may cause serious issues.

The class is created to expose common mistakes like:

• Thinking something is not negotiable
• The missed opportunities from not networking
• Having the wrong partners
• Dealing with your finances
• Not using Social Media Correctly
• Treating Employees as Independent Contractors

About our Speaker:

Peter is a 22 year veteran firefighter, a former U.S. Navy sailor, a franchise owner, a serial entrepreneur and a business consultant. Peter attended San Diego State University where he studied business and finance, Peter has founded several small businesses over the course of 21 years, from a technology company, service industry companies (i.e. real estate, concierge company, 2 landscape firms, and a fitness company) a travel franchise where within his first year has produced over 6 figures in gross sales. Late 2016, Peter founded Innovative Business Strategies, Inc. which is a consulting firm designed to specifically help startups go through the startup process in Miami-Dade and Broward counties and to help business owners that are looking to expand and grow their business.
