As a founder and leader of the firm, Rodolfo advises clients and leads engagements on how to more effectively build businesses and how to improve their performances for sustainable and profitable growth. His areas of expertise are: General Management, Sales Management and Processes, Sales Capabilities, Market entries, Business turn-arounds and transformations, Brand integration after acquisition, Strategic Alliances and Organizational Management among others. Prior to founding BMA, Rodolfo spent 28 years working in multinational companies like Procter & Gamble, Clorox and Whirlpool across 48 different countries in USA, Latin America and Africa. Rodolfo received his BS from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala and his MSc from Auburn University, AL, USA.
