This Seminar will focus on the importance of advanced planning when an individual or a family member is developing the signs of early Dementia or another debilitating disease. We will cover the capacity needed to execute testamentary documents as well as other documents creating a principal-agent relationship. We will also cover the options of the individual in order to ensure that they receive the best treatment available in the unfortunate event of incapacity.
