Sunday, March 5, 2017 - Estate and Planned Giving Seminar at The Immaculata Church 

The Catholic Community Foundation of San Diego will be hosting an Estate & Legacy Planning Seminar at The Immaculata (USD campus) on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at 12:30pm. 

This seminar will have a Stewardship message and will address a wide variety of financial, legal and estate planning information including:

• Why an Estate Plan?
• Wills
• Probate
• Trusts
• California Advance Health Care Directive
• Power of Attorney
• Creative Ways to Give
• How To Avoid/Reduce Income/Capital Gain/Estate Taxes
• Create Your Legacy

Each participant will be provided the opportunity to schedule (at a later date) a complimentary consultation with an established Catholic Estate Attorney intended to help you create your first Estate Plan or update your existing Estate Plan.
