Training for Trainers Part II: Analyzing your Training
Training For Trainers (TFT) Part II: Analyzing Your Training is a 20 hour 3-day series, October 22, 23, & 25, 2019 from 8:30am - 4:30pm. (These dates and times are different than the originally scheduled dates due to a conflicting CCR&R meeting for trainers and requests to start at 8:30am to accommodate attendees with children.) This course will assist you in preparing and delivering training to participants at the intermediate level in WKC competencies. TFT Part II will focus on in-depth examination of adult learning theory and how to motivate adults to move from basic understanding/ knowledge of concepts to putting the concepts into intentional practice.
TFT Part II will guide trainers to be responsive planners and thinkers. Trainers will experience the concept development process and be better prepared to help participants analyze and apply concepts with children. Includes manual, pre-assignment and homework. Dr. Pat Minish, Advanced Level III Trainer, will be the Instructor.
