Purpose: To discuss and strategize how pastors and our congregations can respond to the need for families serving temporary CPS child placement, foster care and adoption; as well as how to provide ministries, services and support to children in the foster care system as well as to help prevent children from entering the child welfare system by helping restore the traditional family unit.
