Notice
Transfer, Cancellation & Refund: The deadline for refunds/transfers for any enrollee is seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. There will be a $10 fee for each cancellation/transfer. Requests for cancellation/transfer must be submitted in writing.
Returned Check Policy: A $25 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
