Renew Your Vow Retreat

Spend time with like-minded women and be empowered and healed by the horses! We will listen to them, connect with them, meditate with them ... see ourselves as they do.  Renew your strength, find what truly fills you with joy & write a new story.

We will work with the horses every day during this event. No riding or horse experience is necessary, however. 

Fall back in love with your life — write the story you've always dreamed about!

Friday: 

• We will gather together as a group of women who are excited to listen and encourage each other towards creating a new story for their recovery life. 

• We’ll hear the story Kathy told herself while she was drinking and how the horses have helped her create a new and exciting journey in her recovery. 

• We’ll settle into the evening by meditating with the horses. We’ll experience the blessings of being connected in our hearts with a horse. 

• We’ll complete the night by a blazing fire, warming our hearts and tummies with roasted marshmallows and s’mores. 

• And we’ll enjoy a dinner of salad and flat bread pizza from Nighthawk Catering.

Saturday: 

• We’ll start the day with a meditative yoga experience surrounded by the horses’ energetic powers. 

• You’ll begin Chapter 2 of your new life story. You’ll explore and imagine new adventures in your life that are so exciting that they make your heart beat fast and your palms sweat. 

• We’ll listen to what the horses have to say about what’s truly in your heart.

• You’ll rejuvenate your relationship with yourself and empower your soul’s desire. 

• As the pages unfold, you will feel the healing power of the horses as you become filled with excitement about throwing out your old story and stepping into your new story.

• A sack lunch will be provided from Nighthawk Catering.

Sunday: 

• You’ll celebrate your story by taking a vow with the horses.

• You will stand in your renewed power, making a pledge to the horses to stand in your truth.

• You’ll commit to stepping into your new story with joy, excited to begin turning the pages and honoring your recovery journey.
