2020 Conference Sponsorship
The National Commodity Supplemental Food Program Association (NCSFPA) invites you to sponsor our national conference held Monday, June 1st, 2020 to Wednesday, June 3rd, 2020, at the Sheraton in Memphis, Tennessee. Registration and vendor check-in will take place on Sunday, May 31st, 2020.
The theme of this year’s conference is, “All Shook Up for Seniors”. The NCSFPA mission is to provide leadership in program advocacy, sustainability, and opportunities for members to share practices and resources. NSCFPA vision is to ensure seniors have the food security needed to support their health and comfort during their golden years. NCSFPA is a member organization of state agencies, community organizations, and food banks who operate the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). The national conference is an opportunity for these organizations to come together to learn, network, and share best practices. Over one hundred and fifty attendees are expected at this year’s conference.
As we continue plans for the conference, we are reaching out for help for our organization. The Vendors and Sponsors Committee is working on an effort to bring in sponsors and vendors to our conference who would like to develop or currently have a direct connection to the work we do. We welcome local and national vendors and organizations to support our conference. There is great opportunity for companies that provide services in multiple states. Sponsorship options include a presence at the conference at four levels:
Gold Level Sponsor - $1000
- Five minutes of time to speak to attendees before a general session
- Hosted booth at conference
- Logos shared through our website and conference materials
- Access to NCSFPA membership contact information (with opt out option)
Silver Level Sponsor - $750
- Information on table (no host)
- Logos shared through our website and conference materials
- Access to NCSFPA membership contact information (with opt out option)
Bronze Level Sponsor - $500
- No table
- Logos shared through our website and conference materials
- Access to NCSFPA membership contact information (with opt out option)
Friends of CSFP - $250
- Logos shared through our website and conference materials
High quality logos must be recieved by 5/1/20 to be included on promotional materials.
