Guidelines
Seating
It is suggested that participants arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled event start time, through the north entrance of the BYU Broadcasting building. For the Armed Forces Bowl pregame show on Dec 30, 2011, fans should be in their seats no later than 8:45am.
Fans without tickets are invited to join the standby line at the north entrance of the BYU Broadcasting building. Please be aware there is no guarantee standby guests will be admitted.
Studio doors will close and no one will be admitted after 8:50am.
Age for Admittance
We love our younger fans, but due to the nature of a live studio production fans must be at least eight years old to participate.
Dress Standard
Audience members are encouraged to show spirit by wearing BYU colors & apparel and may bring appropriate signs supporting the team.
The live recording of the pre and post-game shows takes place in one of BYU Broadcasting's production studios. Like all production studios, these rooms tend to be a bit cooler in temperature when compared to normal rooms in most buildings. It is suggested that you bring a sweatshirt, light jacket, coat, etc. if you anticipate this as an issue for your comfort.
Food and Beverages
No food or drink will be allowed inside the BYU Broadcasting Building or studios. The pregame show will be televised live and lasts approximately one hour. Fans are welcome to remain in the studio following the pregame show to enjoy the game telecast and the live postgame show; however, please be aware of the lengthy time commitment beyond the live pregame show and plan accordingly due to the food and drink restrictions. Restroom access will be provided, and fans may leave any time after the pregame show. However, there can be no re-admittance once you leave the building.
Sign-up process
Please be aware these pregame and postgame shows will be aired live on national non-profit television. As such, as a member of the studio audience you inherently grant permission for BYU Broadcasting to use your image within its live and/or recorded presentation – waiving any rights to compensation and releasing Brigham Young University, its agents and assignees from any personal liability associated with your presence within the production.
