Workshop: Building the Value of Employee Resource Groups
Out & Equal Directors of Training & Community Empowerment will focus on the ERG value added approach including building a business case, strategic planning for targeted and aligned actions, and sustaining success and engagement.

We’ll explore the challenges, opportunities and best practices of what an ERG can contribute to an organization and its employees. Whether you’re just getting started or looking at how to take a successful ERG to the next level, join us for this informative session about how to increase your ERG’s effectiveness, visibility and connectivity. Workshop takes place from 1:30 - 5:30 PM.

Network! Event
Join us for a networking event from 6 - 8 pm, open to all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and ally professionals. We'll provide some information on the new Connecticut Regional Affiliate and how you can become involved. Don't miss the season's best opportunity to network with local LGBT leaders and diversity professionals. Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

All are welcome to attend the workshop, the networking event, or both! Registration is required for both events.
