This session will compare multiple virtual platforms, identify the tips/tricks of each platform, tool comparison charts for each platform (annotation, polls, chat, emoticons, whiteboards, breakout rooms, etc.)

SESSION #2: Dial-up Connections: Create Engagement Utilizing Instructional Strategies in a Virtual Setting
As we move toward the "new normal" of virtual instructor led training, we as trainers are challenged with ensuring participant engagement and that application will actually occur as a result of the training intervention. How do we do that??? During this workshop we will explore methods to encourage participant involvement as well as tips and techniques that will allow the instructor to measure the participant's ability to apply the information/new skill they are receiving

SESSION #4: IACTP – The Perks, The Privileges, The People
Conference participants will be offered the opportunity to interact with the Board members. Prior to the conference, participants will be encouraged to submit questions/inquiries to be answered by the Board during this session. This interactive session is designed to encourage dialogue between members and the Board. This will be similar to the all member meeting we conduct on the final day of the conference.
