- Each participant needs to register separately.
- You can pay by credit union check, personal check or ACH.
- A copy of your registration page should be included when you mail your check or copy of your ACH payment.
- If one check is paying for more than one registrant, be sure to include all registration pages that pertain.

Refunds: Cancellations must be in writing and postmarked or faxed by August 28, 2015, and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after August 28, 2015.

No advanced preparation or prerequisites are required for CPE credits.
