Speaker:  Rene' Latiolais

Rene' was born and raised in Southeast Texas and is a graduate from Port Neches-Groves High School and Lamar University. Her career has provided her experience in event planning, communications, fundraising, volunteer recruitment and many other areas. Most recently, she served five years as the Director of Government Affairs and Communications for the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce and four years as the Community Relations Coordinator for Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. Rene' is currently employed with the Nederland Independent School District as the Partners in Education and Communications Coordinator. She is currently President elect for the Spindletop Rotary Club and serves on the Lamar University alumni board of directors.

Rene' loves to spend time with friends and family, watch sporting events, event planning and giving back to the community that has given so much to her. She resides in Port Neches with her husband of 12 years, Toby, daughters Ella (10) and Macy (6) and pups Layla and Cookie.
