Throughout her multifaceted career, Leah Jacobs has demonstrated the ability to drive change, build community and inspire people to see their fullest potential. Currently, she serves as a Diversity and Inclusion professional at one of Texas' largest and oldest healthcare systems and is the founder of the Port Arthur Alumni Community Group, a youth development nonprofit organization. She is also the founder of Soulcial Impact, a consultancy that helps nonprofits and businesses with diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and telling their brand stories through design and marketing.
Her additional community involvement includes: Big Brothers Big Sisters, Rotary Club and she has volunteered with many service organizations and projects throughout the years. Leah's work and service has garnered numerous honors including the Dr. Martin Luther King Community Service Award, ExxonMobil “Living Legends" honoree, profiled in "Ordinary People Doing Extraordinary Things", and "Woman on the Move". She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Science from Lamar University.
