About Leanne:

Leanne Harder is the founder and Lead Mediator at Olive Branch Consulting. She is a member in good standing of the Family and Civil Rosters at MediateBC. After completing her Bachelor of Social Work in 1994 and a Certificate of Conflict Resolution in Mediation at the Justice Institute of BC in 2004, she added a Masters of Adult Education in 2007. Since 2002, she has provided mediation, training, and coaching to individuals, families and businesses, to assist them in negotiating collaboratively. Her clients include companies in many sectors, such as insurance, not-for-profit, health care, hospitality, technology, engineering, and law enforcement. She loves working with people to transform difficult conversations into calm, productive ones. When she isn’t in the middle of other people’s conflicts, she enjoys musical and outdoor activities. On a summer day, you may find her singing as she kayaks in false creek.
