This short program will focus on practical tips from applied Situational Leadership principles, emotional intelligence tools and lessons from warrior leaders which help create effectiveness in any context. Dr. Michael Dunphy is a professional speaker and veteran educator with over 30 years of leadership and professional development experience to share. Having earned 3 college degrees, including a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Dr. Dunphy has served as a Professor of Biochemistry & Chairman of the Division of Math & Sciences at Walsh University for over 25 years and is now Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences. In addition to his extensive academic and research experience Dr. Dunphy has specialized training in leadership development, for emerging and active professionals. During the past 20 years, Dr. Dunphy has traveled throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central America presenting over 500 keynote addresses, seminars, retreats and training programs for veteran and emerging professionals in universities, organizations and top businesses. Dr. Dunphy is an expert in Situational Leadership, Applied Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management Tactics and often serves as a Professional Development Coach. Dr. Dunphy will share some practical tips in the area of developing professionals for optimal performance in a culture of success!
