The MHLA Allied Trade Show is one of our most sought after events exclusive to MHLA Allied Members. Held just before our Annual Meeting and Luncheon and hosting 200 key decision makers within the industry, this is your chance to showcase your company’s fine products and services.
There is no cost to participate and space is limited.
The trade show will take place at the Hyatt Regency Maui's Monarchy Ballroom on Tuesday, September 10 at 10:00-11:00 a.m. Set up may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. and no later than 9:30 a.m. Loading and unloading are to be done at the Lahaina Group Entrance near the back of the resort. Please check in with security at the loading dock. Self and valet parking are both available for a small fee.
A standard 6-ft table will be provided for each vendor. Two representative maximum per vendor within an 8x8 area. Electricity and Wi-Fi is available upon request. There will be no hanging of any kind from the existing walls. Therefore, standalone banners are recommended. Vendor tables are assigned and will be labeled for your convenience. Electrical outlets and Wi-Fi are also available upon request and vendors must provide their own extension cords and/or power-strip. Please pack accordingly.
