Douglas G. Bushman, STL
Douglas Bushman is Director of the Center for Theological Renewal and Pope St. John Paul II Chair of Theology for the New Evangelization at the Augustine Institute in Denver, CO. He teaches courses on the New Evangelization, Catholic Spirituality, Vatican II, and Pope John Paul II, and is currently engaged in research on the pastoral theology of the Second Vatican Council and Pope St. John Paul II.

Lawrence N. Feingold, STD
Dr. Lawrence Feingold is Associate Professor of Theology and Philosophy at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in St. Louis, and a convert to the Catholic faith, entering the Church in 1989. He is the author of Faith Comes from What Is Heard: An Introduction to Fundamental Theology (2016), The Natural Desire to See God According to St. Thomas Aquinas and His Interpreters (2010), and of a three-volume series entitled The Mystery of Israel and the Church (2010).

Timothy P. Herrman, PhD, STL
Dr. Timothy Herrman is a research scholar and professor at the Augustine Institute in Denver, Colorado. In addition to working with his colleague, Douglas Bushman, on the pastoral theology of Vatican II, he teaches courses in fundamental theology, historical theology, Christian anthropology and spirituality.

Benedict T. Nguyen, JD/JCL
Benedict T. Nguyen, M.T.S., J.D./J.C.L., D.Min (ABD) is the Chancellor of the Diocese of Corpus Christi, TX and an Adjunct Professor for the Avila Institute. As a canon lawyer and licensed attorney, he has held numerous positions in parish, diocesan, and academic work. He earned his undergraduate degree in Liturgical Musicology at the University of Kansas, a masters degree in Theological Studies from the University of Dallas, a Pontifical Licentiate degree in Canon Law from the Catholic University of America and a Juris Doctorate law degree from the Hamline University School of Law. He is currently completing a doctoral degree in Biblical Exposition from the Nashotah House Theological Seminary. He and his wife Beth have five children.
